Tim HB prides itself on providing an efficient, professional and hands-on service.  It aims to achieve and maintain the highest possible standards both in engineering concepts and the provision of information.  We work with both new and existing projects and are involved in residential, commercial and public sectors.

New build

We provide design and detailing services from concept through to construction status.  During construction, we can provide site supervision and work with the Contractor to ensure the project runs smoothly, on budget, and to programme.

Refurbishment and Conversions

We work with clients on residential or commercial projects, from providing a simple beam for a house extension to a full development.  We aim to provide solutions in keeping with the existing building appearance and have experience of carrying out work within occupied premises.

Structural Surveys

We undertake structural appraisals of buildings, often requested by a private individual, Chartered surveyor or Mortgage valuation report.  This normally involves inspection and reporting.  Determination of the cause of a defect and remedial proposals may be provided if required.
